Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 27, 2026

EyeVida is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive online experience and continuously work to improve the accessibility of eyevida.com.

Standards We Aim to Meet

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Steps We've Taken

  • Designed our site to support keyboard-only navigation.

  • Used semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret page structure.

  • Provided alternative text for meaningful images.

  • Aimed for sufficient color contrast for readability.

  • Used clear, plain-language copy throughout.

  • Built our site on Shopify, which provides accessibility features at the platform level.

Ongoing Work

Web accessibility is a continuous effort. We regularly review our site, train our team on accessibility best practices, and update our content and design to address issues as they're identified. We recognize that some areas of our site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and we are working to address them.

Tell Us How We Can Improve

If you experience an accessibility barrier on eyevida.com — or have a suggestion for how we can improve — we want to hear from you. Please contact us:

  • Email: support@eyevida.com

  • Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"

Please describe the issue, the page where you encountered it, and (if possible) the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to address valid concerns as quickly as we reasonably can.

Third-Party Content

Some content on our site (for example, embedded social media feeds, third-party reviews, or payment processor windows) is provided by third parties and may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to encourage accessibility improvements.

Alternative Access

If you are unable to use any feature of our site due to a disability, please email support@eyevida.com and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction in an alternative format.
